TWINQ

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Short version: we collect what is needed to run TWINQ, we do not sell your personal data, and you can delete your account and its content from Settings or by emailing us.

1. What we collect

2. Data stored on your device

TWINQ keeps some data in your browser's local storage so the app loads quickly and works offline — for example your session, cached feed and local message list. Clearing site data or signing out removes local copies. Some data is also stored in our cloud database so it follows you across devices.

3. Why we use your data

4. Who processes it

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers for profiling.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account and content data while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings; this removes your profile and content from the active service, subject to short backup and legal retention periods. You can also email us to request access, correction or deletion.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by database access rules so that accounts can only read their own conversations and permitted public content. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong unique password and never share login codes.

7. Your choices

8. Children

TWINQ is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. International processing

Our infrastructure providers may process data in countries other than yours. They apply their own security and data-protection commitments, and we limit processing to what is needed to run TWINQ.
