Terms of Service
TWINQ is for adults (18+). Be genuine, be respectful, and never send money to someone you met here. If something feels wrong, block and report it.
1. Who we are
TWINQ ("we", "us") is a social, dating and live video app available at twinq.live. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TWINQ. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Your account
- Use accurate information and a profile photo of yourself. Impersonation is not allowed.
- Keep your password and login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension or to spam others.
- We may ask you to verify your email address before unlocking messaging features.
4. Community rules
You may not post, send or livestream content that:
- harasses, threatens, bullies or defames anyone;
- is hateful, sexually exploitative, or involves minors in any way;
- impersonates another person or an official TWINQ account;
- is spam, a scam, a pyramid scheme, or an attempt to solicit money or gifts;
- shares someone's private information without consent;
- infringes copyright, trademark or other rights; or
- breaks any applicable law.
Use the in-app report and block tools. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Verification and blue tick
Identity verification is optional and currently offered through a waitlist while we expand coverage. Verified status is based on checks we perform, is free, and can never be bought. We may revoke a badge if information changes or a check fails.
6. Paid features
- VIP plans, coins and virtual gifts are digital features. Prices and durations are shown before you pay.
- Payments are made by UPI and verified manually by our team. There is no automatic renewal and we never store your UPI PIN or bank credentials.
- Coins and gifts are consumed when used and are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and have no cash value.
- If a payment is debited but your purchase is not delivered, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, messages and videos you create. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display that content so we can run the app (for example, showing your profile and delivering your messages). Deleting content removes it from the active service, subject to backup and legal retention periods.
8. Safety
We provide tools such as blocking, reporting, message requests and privacy settings, but we cannot guarantee anyone's identity or behaviour. Meet new people in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and never share financial details.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using TWINQ at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms, create risk for other people, or where required by law.
10. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use TWINQ after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
